Bertha the Pyxie Frog
This is Bertha, she's a Pyxie and is growing very quickly, she eats anything that you put in front of her. I keep saying 'her' but she's not been sexed.

Thanks Linda, I've read lots of conflicting material as to size; but from Pollywog it says that males are the larger of the sexes. 8-10" for males and 5-6" for females. They're gorgeous frogs and eat anything !!! Including fingers !!!

 How old/what size do they need to be before you can sex them? Do I have to wait and see how big he/she gets (obviously males are alot bigger) or wait for croaking (in which case male) or is there a visual way of sexing?

dont females have stubbier noses than males. If its a Male WHOOHOOO for you, you have a big bad eating machine on your hands
