you mean there's only 2 differences other than, frogs are more green with a brown stripe down the ear /cheek.
frogs are smooth skinned,
frogs when full grown are smaller than full grown toads.
frogs don't have the parotid gland (a bulge on the side of the toads head where the frogs ear would be)
a frog has a more angular/ pointed face, while the toads is more rounded.
frogs tend to hop rather than walk, while toads tend to walk rather than hop.
and finaly if it looks like the first pic, but is more frog green and has a yellow stripe down the middle of it's back, it's a natterjack toad and you've just found gold dust.

if anyone wants to know a bit more about identifying our native reptiles the international herpetological society has some info on it's website with pics so you can compare them.
it also has pics of our native reptiles as aids to identification. That's how i worked out i have a common lizard that lives in my garden and sits on my front door step in the early hours of the morning after hot days.
