Default bulls and horned frog

this is our biggest african bullfrog





and our baby who is doing a bit of a hibernating thing at moment!


and our horned frog



i do change their water dayley goodnes knows what they do to it while i'm not looking !!!

Lovely bullfrog. How old is he???
Is he a young Adspersus or an Edulis???

My Edulis is upto nearly 5 inches now.

they arent the dwarf one which ever one that is

the smallesyt one is about 7 months old but unfortunatly have no idea on the biggest one as was bought as a sub adult

How big is the adult one then???
I ordered Adspersus and got Edulis so was a bit p'd off at the time.
I was led to believe that the adspersus lost the dorsal stripe as they matured but I can see it clearly in the first pic.
Where did you get them from???
Who I got mine form insisted it was not an Edulis but it is.

i have no idea how big he is bit will try and measure him when hes in a good mood

My Edulis is always in a 'good mood'.

The first pic just looks like an Edulis to me unless it's a juvenile adspersus!!!
I can't tell from the other pic of the younger one.

Adspersus usualy lose the dorsal stripe as they mature.

Here's a pic of my Edulis as a 'sub-adult'.



This is pic when I had had him just a few months. You can see the dorsal stripe.

yes mine look exactly like that but lighter green so i take it mine are the dwarf ones then
oh well never mind i love them any way!!
