how big is it, if it's small it needs to be up around 80F make sure it has a bowl of fresh water that you change daily.

some where to hide and a bit of substrate to burrow in, mist it every day.

and dust the crickets every other day when you feed it.
where abouts in the north west are you?

Calypso Cricket Calcium Dust. 4 Reptiles Vivarium on eBay, also, Reptiles, Pet Supplies, Home Garden (end time 04-May-08 18:33:24 BST)

this sort of thing.

you need to get a thermometer yesterday. and a thermostat soon to control his temperature.

also get some pinky mice and try him with one of those, but don't feed him mice exclusively because they are too high in fat, use forceps to feed the mice to him.

he will soon look like this then.

here are 3 cheep books on looking after them.
Amazon.co.uk: The Horned Frog Family and African Bullfrog (Reptile Keepers Guides): Patricia Bartlett,R.D. Bartlett: Books

Amazon.co.uk: Horned Frogs: Raymond E. Hunziker: Books

Amazon.co.uk: Horned Frogs (Herpetocultural Library): Philippe De Vosjoli: Books

none cost more than a fiver and all will have good info in them.

Id change the substrate to coconut fibre(eco earth) they like to bury themselves in that. I suggest the change of substrate because your frog may feel stressed being exposed which could possibly cause her to not eat. Ive read a few posts about pacman frogs not eating much or at all for a while after arriving home but they mostly seem to come around in the end. What size crickets are you using? my cranwelli seems to ignore small and medium crickets but likes the large ones.
