Default Vietnamese giant yellow tree frog info needed!

Hi All, I wonder of anyone can help? I'm looking for any info on "giant vietnamese yellow tree frogs". After weeks and weeks of fruitless internet searches I have purchased 3 beautiful adult specimins from my local herp shop. They are apparrantly very hardy and adaptable and have voracious appetites. They change colour from dark brown, through many shades to a light sand paper yellow. They have pale underbellies and bar markings on their hind legs, a darker bar behind their dark coloured eyes and changable patchy patterns on their back. One has speckles similar to those that some whites tree frogs have. They are large, about 4-5 inches long and just over half that in width. They are heavy, strong, and rather jumpy, but have quickly settled into their new viv.

I'm wondering if there is an alternative common name, or if anyone knows the scientific name or has any experience or info on this species? Any help much appreciated!!

Thats what I was thinking. I had some in my shop a while ago. They are also known as asian foamnest frogs.

Hmm yeah mine do look quite similar to your pic, only mine are more full bodied. About the saize, just measured with a ruler against the glass and realized I was telling a totallie! snout vent length 8cm, so 3 and a quarter inches!!! Oops! They do look huge though! Thanks for the help guys, I'll try some more searches and see how it goes! I'm really enjoying them, though one of my three seems to be more out going and is on show more than the others!

On closer inspection and further research, am pretty sure they're not foam nest tree frogs. Back to the drawing board! Must learn about photobucket and get a pic up!!
