Sorry I dont have pics of set up but I keep my pacman in a faunarium at the moment with coconut fibre as a substrate and a small water bowl I have a small heatmat on a stat on the back of the tank. If youre looking to buy id reccomend pollywog.co.uk thats where I got mine.

I havent either but mine is only just over 3 inches long and I hear its only the adult males that croak.

but they only croak if they are in breeding fettle, which requires conditioning them, which is a bit of a bugger of a job to do.

they apparently sound like a cross between a fog horn and a cow, but i've never heard one meself.

I'd say it was more like a pig crossed with a duck.
