Default Colour changing newt?!

Hello! I'm a bit confused, one of my fire bellied newts (not sure which variety having read posts on here but that's a whole new tangent ha ha) has changed colour!! I've had them since mid March, only 3 of them and all were very shiny black to start with but one has now turned a greyish brown? Most odd. Any thoughts?! It's eating fine and still as daft as ever..
