Default dart frogs

i dont now much if anything about frogs lol, and was just woundering how poisonous are Poison Arrow/Dart Frogs.? And what colours can you get them, i'v seen blue, green, and yellow but thats it.

i've read that they aren't poisonous in captivity as its the food they eat in the wild that makes them poisonous. not sure exactly on colours. you could check on google images.
