Default Mites In Moss!?

Well I was just watering the moss in my Whites' tank and saw some little white bugs jumping around in the corner, under a small stick. Right now, I don't care if they're harmful or not! I just want them out! Is there a way I can get rid of them, without poisoning the live moss? I was also thinking about getting coconut husk bedding, for example, Bed-A-Beast. Seems cheap and "expands four times its size." Is this stuff okay? Its "100% All Natural" according to the containers label. Hope its okay, because I'm going out to pick some out tommarow or Wednesday. Thanks for your time!

okay thanks bud. I need to replace the moss soon anyway though. So does anyone know if Bed-A-Beast (Coconut Husk) is okay for Whites Tree Frogs?
