Default Force feeding RETF

My male red eye has been quite ill recently, he didnt seem to like the move to the rain chamber and totally went of his food, losing alot of weight and going blotchy and sleeping all the time.
I have been force feeding him dead roaches and soaking him in a sugar and mineral solution and he seems to be getting better. Ive read a few posts lately about red eyes dying from similar symptoms so I thought Id share my experiance.

No he didnt like the rain chamber, just stopped eating soon as i put him in, shame coz all 3 females are swollen with eggs! They didnt stop eating at all.
Ive given up on the breeding for this year, start earlier in the next seaon soon as they come out of the "winter" conditions.
He is getting better, Im giving him a medium roach everyday so he isnt starving, and im feeding the frogs everyday so he has plenty of chances to eat.

Easy, just buy some adults or mixed size roaches set up a container with cardboard egg flats and feed with lots of different foods. The warmer you keep them the faster they will breed. Foodwise I raise them on fishflake, dog biscuits, fruit and veg and once a week a put in a pot of beetle jelly. The best for frogs are turkistan and lobsters as they breed faster and they run around alot more. Im actually trying to sell my dubia colony as they just pile up in a corner and the frogs dont eat them, also baby turks are small enough even for my darts to eat.
