Default white specs on my red eyes.

my red eyed tree frogs have developed strange white dots/specs on there backs. the're not just change in skin colour as they are actual bumbs on top of their skin. is this normal? i'm guessing not. anyone heard of this before or know anything about it? my guess is it may be some sort of fungal growth. next step is the vets but i thought i'd just post here first to check.
thanks
sam

Default white spots

Don't think that it's anything to worry about as both my red eyes have this too. If you find out any different though, let me know!
