Default whites tree frogs

i was thinking of housing one in one of the exo terra 45cmx45cmx60cm the 60cm being tall

would this be suitable?

whats the best way to get the temps right?
bulb or mat?

and do they need some exposure to UVB during the day?

exo would be fine,
mats are best,
and nah, they dont need uv.

do the mats come in different wattages? like bulbs?

and you still need a gradient right?
