Not that many do, these are Dendrobates pumilio 'Isla Colon'. They transport the eggs to water bodies in the axils of bromeliads and then the female goes round feeding the tadpoles infertile eggs.
As far as I am aware it is only the obligate eggfeeding species of dendrobate that exhibit this behaviour. Although most dendrobates will transport the tadpoles to water, there are relatively few that exhibit this level of parental care. They have proven to be almost impossible to raise without these infertile eggs, although I believe there have been people who have successfully raised them either by feeding eggs from a different morph or surrogating by placing them in a bromeliad known to contain tadpoles already.
