Default whites tree frogs

hi after reading a few posts on here i have realised that i want a couple of whites tree frogs but was wondering whats the safest and most natural substrate to use also is it essential to have a light in the tank if so what kind

cocoafibre or newspaper/papertowel

Something that won't go mouldy in higher humidities and is easy to clean out - they do big poos, yet don't like a dirty tank!
I'd go with Orchid bark/Coco fibre/moss mix as it looks great and once you've mixed it all up it will do you loads of clean-outs.

eco-earth and a good carpet moss so theres no chance of em swallowing it

I had some sort of large bits of wood the reptile shop gave me.
My lil one is fun to watch, even if he just sits there

I used to use cocfibre but it sticks to them and they end up getting it everywhere, so i dont use it any more. Also they tend to poo in their water bowl so ensure that you change that daily!!
