Frozen bloodworm, beefheart, frozen tubifex worms all should be avalible from your local aquarist shop in cube form

Shouldn't matter just let it defrost in a warm area before putting it in for him. or will he only go after live food.

live stuff, and he lives on moss.. .soo teh crickets seem to hide!!! annnpyignlil things.

Have you tried small hoppers they may be less likely to hide.
