what frogs could i keep in a 30x30x45 exo terra? thanks

whites.... green tree frogs... quite a few tree frogs would appreciate the height.

i like the whites that are actually blue, could they live in it all there life or not?

No a 30X30X45 isnt big enough even for 1 whites, they get far too big and need the space to hunt. I'd say maybe darts? 1 american green tree frog?

i have looked at dart frogs as there the smallest i have seen but thought they where really hard to look after? is this true?

darts arent hard to lok after but there expensive to care for and complicated.

general maintenance for a dart doesn't seem to tech but then again thats only my opinion as i only care for darts a few days a week and not all the time.

misting machines are really needed unless you have LOADS of time and u need uvb, heating through the night, aswell as a drop. PLUS you cant hold them.

I don't really think handling an amphibian is really fair if it can be avoided as their skin is easily damaged, even if th handler wears wet gloves.

My opinion though.
