Hiya they dont need a half water half land setup they need a large shallow bowl to sit in but not deep enough for them to drown also the tank needs to be taller with loads of branches and things for them to climb on i have mine in a exo-terra this ones perfect
The Little Pet Shop - Glass Terrarium 30x30x45cm
they do need a heatmat but dont need uv bulb... dont people go shouting at me here if im wrong... i just assumed coz there nocturnal they wont need it and mine have never had one and are fine and healthy

Thanks for the replys!

If i buy that viv, would damp compost be ok with a bit of moss, sparyed once a day. And a bowl of water with stones in so they can get out, With like plants and branches to climb?
Does the water need to be heated, or would it ok just to use the heatmat.
Is it ok to put a baby in that tank,or would i need to section it of? And can they live alone or do i need 2 or 3.

Sorry for asking loads of qu's, but ive been looing at diff. caresheets and websites, and there all slightly different, and i dont want to kill or make the frog ill.

Thanks
Jemz

Plain old water bowl with ordinary water in it is fine!

If you are woried about your water you can get a product for fish called aqua safe which will remove any nastys. Eco earth is probably better for substrate than compost.
