Hi, here is my 120L tropical tank. Sorry about the state it is in as my pleco had a mad half hour just befor i took these pictures.

the first is a cherry barb, different from the rosy barb and dont mind being alone or in pairs or groups. Bleeding heart tetra like to be in groups of 5- as many as you like. Also your glowlight tetra would like some 'friends' they like to be in groups of 5 or more. Not sure which pleco you have but many grow to big for that tank, hope its a clown pleco or something similar
