You can get cases for most models these days, that are a watertight plastic case, with a little pin on the top that can still navigate the click button, some of them have dials that will turn the dials / adjust settings too!

It was nice for having round your neck when snorkelling, but a real pain if you wanted to SCUBA; the camera itself wasn't that much smaller than a brick, and with the case etc it was huge! My new camera is 4" x 2" and fully waterproof without a case; I haven't taken it to any depth yet, but it's been out swimming with me before and seemed to do fine! |
