Default Gold/Blue Rams

I love these little guys, thought I would get some more again as I am back into my fish again (and the tetras wanted to get in on the action too)

Wow, they really are gorgeous fish, always liked them, but never kept them myself.

See you've got an ehiem external, good aren't they? I always liked mine, although I found after a couple of years it lost a lot of its power, and no amount of cleaning and scrubbing it spotless could get it back up to scratch again

Ah Rams, beautiful fish. I used to love them. Can't remember what happened to them in my old tank. I think they bought with my Beta. He used to be a bully anyway.

Actually, no, they just died. Think they didn't like our pH level =/
Was sad. Only had them for a weekend, or something similar.

Good luck with those though! And sorry if this is a late post, but hah. I like pretty fish :3

had the blue ones before. stunners they are. and the gold ones of yours look amazing.
personally i would say they can be a bit bullyish in a community.. with with quick pieceful fish they usually do alright.

They are softwater fish, my area (like most) is hard water

Are they like tetra's etc where they do ok in hard water but won't breed in it, or will they just be of ill health and die?

-cheers ash
