Default My Freshwater tanks and pond

Just thought I would do a little thread with some pics in of my various freshwater tanks I've had, and my pond. Hope you all like!

I love the pond fish, I am so tempted to build a pond this summer!

Thanks! Yeh, do, build a pond.... there nice, specially in summer. Mine was dug into the ground about half a foot, and then biult up with big (nice) bricks to about just under 4ft deep. Its about 2000 litres in all... which isn't actually huge at all: its a quater circle, about 1.8m in radius, and 4ft deep ish...

I have had 2 other ponds before in 2 different houses.

I once had a 4" ghost koi that was given to a friend when I moved and he fed it cat biscuits and digestives and all sorts, the last time I saw it, it was over a foot long!

nice fish dude, love the plec. just got a few more fish in my aquarium the other day like, neon tetra was eaten straight away lol. stupid little things as baby's.

The 'plec' is an albino ancistrus sp. He was part of a pair... very nice they were, nice and bright!

What ate the neon tetra's?!

Sorry no pics, I know it isnt big lol but I had it for about 2 years and it was a runt compared to the rest and never really grew than all of a sudden BANG! this thing was huge!
