Christmas is cancelled not in the mood

I feel like i right Scrooge this year i am just not in the mood for Christmas. Went shopping Saturday came home with nothing not a single card never mind prezzies lol. Was hoping to go to my mums this year for a change but that has all fallen through and to top it off I have just found out that as i have no children i am working 9-5 on Christmas day so don't really see much point this year

oh dont say that my oh is in exactly the same frame of mind he is driving me insane you cant cancel crimbo it happens every year no matter what! pull a sicky crimbo day you will enjoy it then!

Awww, Gex, I feel for you. It's a shame you're having to work on Christmas Day just because they think you don't NEED to have the day off.... at least, because my office is in my employer's basement, he says "I don't WANT you in my house over Christmas" ... so I'm guaranteed Christmas Day off. But the Christmas music that's playing at work is doing my head in - working 7 days a week, I don't have time to do any Christmas shopping either.
Just don't do what I did two years ago and wind up going to the local takeaway for Christmas dinner because family members cancelled it just after we got to their house with food in tow.... |
