Need some advice on my indian star tortiose!

My baby indian star now and agen sneezes and has bubbles from its nose.....i told the pet shop i brought it from and they told me 2 up the temp. i have done this.....its active stomping around happy and eating twice a day but still has these symptoms! should i be worried? will it go with the heat up?? any advice please??
