Well lets see when I finally got my first beardie I was advised that it is 90% sure that they were male. So I have been calling it a he for 2 months now.

Well last night a friend of ours come over and was sat having a look at jager, she asked me what I thought he was and I said a male.
Now I have been unsure about the sex of my beardie for a few weeks now as their beard has gone orange and has started digging.
Well she had a look and said no you have a female on your hands...

I have had my beardie jager for over a month now and he is really starting to show his character alot more now.

He is always happy to come and sit with me while I am watching a programme, he also loves to go for a wonder, his fave place seems to be the fire place.

I have just recently brought him a new home which is a lot bigger than the last one we had, as we are getting him a female companion in 2 weeks.

Hi all

I have had my beardie now for just over 2 weeks and I cant believe how much I love him already. My sister says that I have become obsessed with him as I am constantly talking about him and taking pictures of him.

I went to see him this morning and give him his fresh greens and have noticed that he has started to shed, which if I am reading the post here right, he has now started to settle in to his new home and he is happy.

Well I have had my beardie Jager now for nearly a week and I am loving every minute of having him.

He is a 5 month old male who can be quite tempermental at times. I leave his cage door open for him sometimes so he can go for a run if he wants to. What does he go and do hide under the TV cabinet where I am unable to get him out. I then have to go and bribe him out with a live cricket or locusts as he wont up eat salad.
So I have to hold a cricket to him and that makes my skin...
