Puzzling bumps/swellings in Corn Snake

Luggage is an eleven year old male corn snake. Recently, he has developed some bumps/swellings along both sides of the lower third of his body. They are soft to the touch and do not seem to cause him concern when felt/massaged. Would welcome any advice as to possible causes and treatments. Much appreciated.
