Default Day 53 Eggs !

Well from the sublime to the ridiculous..... I have another thread about my Caramels finally finishing hatching after 68 days with the first pipping on day 58........

well this morning I woke to find my Miami ( het Crimson ) x Crimson eggs have started to pip on Day 53 !

Same temps, same type of incubator, same perlite, same humidity. Lets see how long till the last one is out THIS time

Congrats I don't know how you waited 10 days for the last lot, I would have been going mad. Mine are into their third day of pipping and I'm going crazy

Mine are on day 48 so I hope its not too much longer they arent sinking or anything yet.
Good luck with them, you must have been going mad waiting all that time, I thought they usually hatch within a day of each other.
What have you had out so far?
Dawn

Ive had a clutch of 9 Creamsicles all out and fed 4 times with no problems, 21 caramels ( now out lol ) which started pipping day 58 then every couple of days there after, now a clutch of 15 Miami ( het Crimson ) X crimson just one pipped at day 53. There are a second clutch of 4 Creamsicle eggs 3 weeks in, and Im not certain .... but.... but.... I think the Miami might be about to double clutch!. Shes not very fat, but she shed a week ago pretty soon after her post lay shed from 1st time, and Ive put a nestbox in and shes roaming like mad.
What are yours Corny Dawny and Bloodcorn?

Wow looks like things are going well.
I have 6 eggs from my ghost to bloodred they are on day 48, I think she is double clutching, she shed 5 days ago and is digging in her nest box.
I have a bloodred who is huge, she was put to a lavender male 3 weeks ago so should lay next week or so.
Thats all my end this year but its my first year so I think I will have plenty to deal with lol
