Default Breeding irian jaya's?

Hey people,

I recently bought a proven pair of ij's from a local shop. Was just wondering could some give me a run down on breeding them, there housed together, will i have to seperate them, i as told to start heavily feeding them a couple months before season, when is the season? Do i drop temps?
Sorry for all the q's, i never done this before.
Thanks in advance.
Vinnie.
