Default To cool or not to cool?

I have two common boas that i would like to breed from, i have been reading lots of different articals on the net, Do i need to cool them down before breeding?, i dont want to put my snakes through any un-necessary stress. I would really appreciate some opinions.

have not cooled mine down and both have been doing t6he business. search for an article by jeff rohne on the net. i think it'll be on red tail boas site. he seperates the sankes for a while and increases humidity. no colling needed. if it works with over 100 of his boas then surely it cant be that wrong!
