Lightbulb Eggs

Hi all just wondered if reptile eggs get turned?

When my parents used to have a small holding we raised our own chickens, ducks, geese quail. The incubator we had rotated these eggs, so that they would end up being turned every 12 hours or so.

So i thought last night that i wonder if the same has to be done with reptile eggs?

No they don't. They attatch themselves to the top of the egg so if you turn them the will drown.

So always best to mark the egg just in case anything happens.
