Default Male Locust

Hi

Anyone know where i can get some male locust from, I have bought 2 bulk loads so far (about 100 in total) and i think i have 5 male adults in total and 95 male females. Keeping them and hoping to breed them to feed my Yemen and soon to have Baby Bd.

Any ideas ?

Im pretty sure im right in thinking males are yellow and slightly smaller than females who are a kinda pink colour.

yeah i got 45 males a 5 females, from a seller on her that sold thm to me after asking for 50% split, on top of that i had to wait 9 days for delivery.

most sellers will sell you males to keep there females going.

yeah ur right about male colours, shame ur not a bit closer...

Just an update, Still dont seem to be able to breed these locust, I would say that there is about a 50/50 mix now but still nothing.

Any ideas/tips ?

I have the in glass "spider" viv and they have Heat Mat on 24/7 and a basking light on from 08.00-22.00.

Feed them on bug grub and grass and they have bug gel to drink.

Have plenty of egg cartons etc to climb on.

Any help would be great.
