Kids woke me this morning asking why the incubator was turned off - turns out the socket extension had gone during the night and power was lost to the incubator.

There are four eggs in there - one pair over a month and a half into incubation and the other pair about 3 weeks - all growing nicely and looking spot on.

They are in a Herp nursery 2 and were incubating at a steady 80.4 F inside a plastic tub settled snugly into moist vermiculite with a temp sensor half buried in the same vermiculite.

The temp sensor has recorded that during the power outage the temp went down to 64F - I do not know how long for.

I have obviously got it back on now and its rising back to proper temps again -

What I need to know is is it likely now that these eggs have had it?

they should be ok. keep incubating no matter what.

Same thing happend to me but I left them and I got 25 babies.
