Have to agree.
However, as I understand it, if you have a CCJ against someone and they have not maintained their payments you can put the details in a public forum ( Name to Shame ) and there is nothing really they can do. It is all public record.
It would destroy their reputation and be a waring to others that this is not acceptable behavior.
Hopefully the person involved will contact you and settle up before it gets out of hand.
Of course you may get the cash but nothing for the upset it will have caused.
