Anyone had a second installment of their money yet?
All I've received is £20, Im still owed £130. He has 24 hours to reply to my email and until the 12th to deposit at least £50 in my bank, I think this is fair enough. If I hear and get nothing, the scum will get a nice letter from our solicitor and a court order. Only people involved reply please as I want this sorted not just locked overlooked yet again please.

LoL Viet honestly what is your problem with me? Is it because I actually did something and got my money back is that why your annoyed.
Also he's EX missus fell down the stairs at her mothers and Jimmy has been looking after her. But has I said before I'll pass on message for those who actually give a crap and want the money back without being nasty.

i have to say im still down £305 and whether is missus fell down the stairs or not that has nothing to do with me or getting my money back, i payed my money to jimmy long before some who have already recieved all theres back, i get no contact from the man so i have every right to be annoyed with him and actually get really really annoyed at people telling me not to be.....by your comment are you saying we won't get are money back unless we be nice diablo?? i know you've help us but please don't tell me to like someone who nearly ruined my xmas and i feel like i'm goona spend the rest of my life chasing (and i bloody will if needs be) just to get any money back.....he only seems to stay in contact with a select few and us others are just left wondering....

still nowt had 20 but still owed 130.00,i have emailed him the end of last wk and still heard nowt back.
i was told by him that payment would be the 1st every mth no if's or buts? got till the end of the wk.
