You probably could get there on public transport but don't ask me how as I never use it. I think the nearest train station is Arlesey, then a 10 min walk from there.

Although it's not far from Stevenage, come off at Jct 10 on the A1M, it's a bit in the sticks so would probably take you ages using public transport rather than about 10 mins in a car.

I'm sure if a meet was arranged, one of us could pick you up. If you are just going for a nosey by youself, maybe ask a local taxi company, I can't imagine it being that expensive.

ah il have a ring at some taxi companies, or see if my boyfriend's parents could take us in

don't suppose anyone is an ig expert :P ?

or could come and have a look at my rescue ig?

bit worried about him

don't want to pay millions for the local vet to prescribe us with dog treatment for his mites etc.

I'd be able to take you in but it will have to be next weekend as I'm at Silverstone tomorrow and I'm not sure where I'm working during the week. I've only got a 2 seater car though so one of you will have to stay behind....and don't buy too much lol

I wouldn't class myself as an Ig expert but I have kept them for years so know a fair bit. What exactly is wrong with him?

all i need is a new bulb so it wouldn't be too much

well ig isn't human friendly
extremely scared, so hard to get a proper look at him (as im trying to get him less scared and more trusting at the moment) he's got some mites, and mite scarring which is being treated but he is also very underweight and im wary of what to use as a treatment, ive had some reccomendations which im going to have a look for (from the forum) and the owner who sold him to me (who forgot to put the facking stuff in!!!) is sending the might treatment in the post. so i'll be able to tell you more then, but don't want to use anything until i know what he's been using as it might cause something nasty to happen.

there's a thread called iguana scarring in the general lizard section
but if you want to come and have a look at him (unsexed mind!) then that would be fab

and yes i think this is now a south shire thread :P
