No i paid a £50 re-home fee on which the royal was only in RRD's care for a few days prior and not weeks as stated

This is what i HATE about people who just get a reptile because it's cheap or can come in handy later

If the person in question could no longer care for it they should have contacted you again - and not SWOPPED IT !

I'm so shocked but unfortunatly i know somone similar who buys/swops/sells reptiles every few months

Sorry about this hun - i only hope the royal went to a forever home

All rescues don't return fee's , dogstrust rspca etc -

i'm not picking sides or anything - just that the money goes towards the other animals - 'donation' fee

NO...

the snake would of been re-homed again and had another £50 fee of someone else... although this is fair as she provides a service..

But i didnt sign or read any policy... she wanted forms of ID i forgot them as it was a busy day and i was still able to take the snake but i was honest to put my real name and address on the piece of paper i signed agreeing to the £50 fee and what snake it was i was taking

When we rehome as a few will tell you we use both of the above and they have to be signed and counter signed etc no sales no rehomes no trades with out prior consent.
there are now T&C since the events unfolded with the trouble Dirty Dozen had. I just wished I hadn't of made a silly mistake or this guy would be fighting a legal battle.

The rehomer paid the asked rehoming fee on collection and the rehoming policy was specified and agreed on collection and prior to collection to make it clear.

Look denise,

I made yet another STUPID mistake by not coming to you but i didnt sign no T&C papers etc so i didnt know i had to as some places run differntly than others do...

So as far as i was aware i did as agreed and care for the royal at the best way i could.

No it clearly states the fact on the site and the NEW forms, plus as I have mentioned verbally too. It also states on the new policy/rehoming forms that should a persons circumstances change then they should consult us for us to approve the new owner or the reptile should be returned. Like I have said i made a big mistake.... others will not be making the same mistake as i have.
