If so, was it delivered properly?...are they good vivariums?

I spent £190 with them 6 weeks ago and still havent received my viv yet. They keep fobbing me off with "Weve had floods" and "the people that deliver our glass didnt show". Im starting to seriously lose my patience.

I attempted to purchase some viv door handles from them a week or so ago. Expected to get a payment page after I had submitted my credentials...I placed the order but instead got a page that said they would be in touch.

2 days later nothing.

I rang them and was told that they were out of stock and would not have any in for 2 weeks!

It is a small thing I know but to have no communication is poor and I will not be ordering again.

Got some off ebay in the end, delivered the next day.

i know a shop that uses them alot and get quite a loads of vivs every week on time... and there shop was also kitted out by them but the glass they use is shit un toughened glass and are breaking around them as we speak.. ( thats the shop built ones )

How ever the retail ones come with toughened glass and look like great vivs... they sell alot of them and had none returned yet

so they must do some good work.

Probably taking on more work than they can cope with maybe ?

I had a vivbuilder stack made and it was perfect, was delivered assembled instead of flatpack, but an apology was given and I was sent some freebies as an apology.

Vivbuilder is a personal friend of mine and i have been using him for 3 years..
To date i have had 143 vivs from him..either made to order or i have purchased the cut boards to assemble myself..
Have had custom builds, stacks, single units , built in units and all sorts.
NEVER had any problems.!!
IF the "unmentioned" shop has had such a bad deal then WHY have they not been in contact with "vibvbuilder" to complain???
Surely if you ran a business then you would be straight on the phone to shout your head off.
You are all keen enough to name , shame, and slag off "vivbuilder" on an open forum..So divulge the name of the alleged shop that has a grievance.

Sorry to hear about your problems..
"vivbuilder " is a reasonable guy trying hard to provide quality products at a reasonable price..
He has indeed had a problem with his unit being flooded..The damage caused to his stock was heartbreaking. He is running around right now like a headless chicken in an attempt to fulfill orders and sort out all the damage.
He is a small family run firm and works endless hours to keep everything going.
This guy has not had a weekend off in the last 2 years and yes obviously the occasional problem will arise with deliveries or possibly courier damages..
Try being reasonable to him and you will find him a fair and honest person.

I have used Vivbuilder on a number of occasions and i find him to be excellent the standards are fantastic and have been to his reptile shop on a number of occasions well worth the trip from Wales to England .
They have some fantastic stock and the shop is looking excellent for a new venture.Would recommend anyone to make a visit.
Give the Man a break.
