I like this shop! I always chat to the tall guy in the rep section, dont know his name! they know their stuff and have always been polite to me!
 agreed its a bit overpriced though, but its the closest one to me!

I usually chat to Adam & Ben, they'll spend hours chatting to you if they aren't busy. And the older guy too. Never found them stand-offish at all.
They even show you what they have "hidden away" in the back. I asked about the racers last time I was in and they said that they've still got them but they are sold. I don't know Martin/Lee, there is a young lad who pops over now and again, is that him..? I agree that they are over-priced but they will usually give a discount if you ask. I don't normally buy from there unless it's something I really want. Plus, I work all over the country so I can pretty much shop around for my bits and pieces. All in all, not so bad at all, I've been in worse...

Morning ........
I agree, most of them know what they are talking about, I was wrong to say that they are untrained .... But they are the dearest shop around, and ever since they expanded last time their prices have gone up and up ..... Their attitude towards me is due to the fact that I didnt buy one of their £895 crocodiles, I asked to speak to the owner and he never bothered to call me back , so in the end I kept going there and they dropped the price to £600 for me , I still refused as I could get one from the only UK breeder for £395 ... Im not saying they are a bad shop , but they are miles to overpriced for everything, £200 for a Hedghog that you can get for £100, Suger Gliders for £500 a pair when you can get a pair for £250, and £895 for Caiman that you can get for £395, even down to their pots of Locust for £4.75 that you can get locally : (Underwaterworld and pet alsorts in the town) for £2.50. I have vowed that I will never spend one more penny in there, not as if I think they would be bothered about that ........ Im not saying others should not shop there and if you have built friendships with the people in there then thats great.. They will just never see me again .... Steve Im just saying that while everybody keeps going there and paying their prices they will never put them down.....
