Doesn't make it a bad shop though does it? they also offer unlimited aftercare.... which a lot of shops don't really give a shit about.

And actually.. the crocodiles are not WC and didn't come from cold blooded!

its alright fangsy. I think you seem to have upset luton rescue.

Personally what I found at jap koi was similar to your experience. Although the bloke i spoke to about the fat tail was pretty good. The other staff i have spoken to in that shop haven't been up to standard. Ian the manager is fantastic though. I work where he used to and know for a fact he knows what he's talking about. Every shop will have their good staff and bad. Luckily i got a decent one in the reptile bit but the shit ones in the fish bit. sorry but telling me that grammodes will live in a 3 foot community tank is not acceptable. What with them being one the mst aggressive fish i know of and fairly big as well.

a shop is only as good as its worst member of staff and their worst is very bad indeed. If the service was incredible you could justify the high price, like northampton reptile centre or ameyzoo (not bad prices there though).

anywho im done before i get involved in an argument that isnt mine

i have to agree on the fish people, i dont find them very helpfull... but we are on about there rep department, which is ace all the main members of staff are great and are very expirienced with herps.... cant expect saturday helpers to be fab, most are youngsters and dont sell the herps to people

think some one that works there should come forward and give some input.
