it is annoying but i find its only a pain when i'm looking out of pure intrigue, as in wondering what that may cost, if you are interested in reptile and it says offers, you should know enough about the species to know what to offer or you shouldn't be buying it!

That's terrible IMO.
How would you feel if someone posted a reptile you've wanted for a long time and have been holding out for. You post a reply saying you'll take it for the asking price of £200, you then receive a PM 20 minutes later saying he's been offered £250 and the money is currently being transferred to the relevant account. This may not bother you but it would annoy me. This is why I like to keep all communication in a thread until an agreement is made, from there it can be taken to PM. If there are no real issues with the current system and the majority are happy, then stick with the current setup. |
