I ordered my Calcium Spray 3 weeks ago & I hav'nt received it yet. I'm NOT impressed.

have you rung them up? they are very helpful..i have never had a problem with them myself...god communications and delivery is always quick

I ordered several items through these guys, the order took 2 weeks to arrive, half the stuff was missing and they charged my card for the full order. I did get a refund for the missing bits but I was very unimpressed with their customer service.
I was also told that they are stopping supplying reptile goods so perhaps in the future it won't be a problem for anyone else here!

3 weeks and 1 day since I order my spray & still sfa. They've had my money (£9). How hard is it to put a small item in a box and stick it in the post? I'd be ok if they said they had problems sourcing my order but I hav'nt heard a squeak. It really is'nt good enough but there is little point wasting my time on this bearing in mind my order is only £9.

They've been having supply problems and have removed many items from their stocklist now, it sounds as though yours was one of the items they've been having trouble with.
When I phoned last week to see if they had turt food in stock they had none, the lady said they couldn't guarantee it coming in, but to check back because as far as she knew they still intended to stock it.
I think that's the situation with reptile stuff generally, if they can get it they'll stock it, but if there are supply problems then they won't.
I'd give them a ring if I were you, although they're closed until Tuesday now.
