ordered my food last night including small stuff for the baby beardeds which i need asap and when i get home from work there is an email to say they are out of stock of some of the items i ordered but they should be in stock in the next 24hours, dont know which mind you. Really P'd off coz im stuck without the smaller stuff and now looks like i wont be getting them till god knows when

Does anywhere know of any pet shops in st helens area that has small crix in stock

had the same problem myself, ordered some CGD order went through then gets an email saying they are out of stock and dont no when they will have it in, they offered a refund but this has been paid by paypal so it cost me to send the payment and now if i want the money back its guna cost me to recieve it, therefore losing more money! they should have it written on the website that they are out of stock!

I thought when a payment was refunded via paypal, all costs associated with it were also refunded? It doesn't cost you anything to receive a refund like it does a payment, and the original cost to the receiver should also be refunded.. that's how it's always worked for me.

As a business seller, when I have given a refund it has always been financially penalised. Its not good. I would have to refund over the odds to ensure that the seller recieves the refund, plus then if the buyer wishes to transfer to bank account an amount under £50, they are penalised again. As I say, not good.

Ordered a box of crickets from Livefood and all of them but about 4 were dead. Haven't sent them back, don't really know how we could complain about that!!

Obviously died in transit..
but won't be using them again.

We're trying out Swell Reptiles which looks pretty good,
but can't give a review on them yet.
