Hmm. You didn't give an indication of when, except 'a few months ago', which to me means anything from 3 to 11.999 months ago Anyway, we've taken on an extra 2 members of staff this past month to deal with online enquiries and dispatching goods, so I'd expect if you were to ask now you would receive a reply. I can only apologise for the shitty experience you received - if you ever decide to come back to us, I'll make it a personal goal to ensure you're happy with your purchase, that's a promise

Can anyone give an indication of our current reptile section on our site, and what products you'd like to see added - or ones you'd expect to be sold online for a business of our size. Unfortunately it's not viable to do live animals/insects, etc online.
