OMG that baby green iguana was the one you had off me that was "free to good home only" you can't do that and then resell it thats just wrong and technically scamming.

Have you read his post? He is selling everything because his partners in hospital, he's no job and he's got a baby to look after. Sometimes in life desperate times call for desperate measures. Family comes first, id rather see someone sell their entire collection (including anything free) than see a family made homeless.
If it bothers you that much then why dont you pm him and offer to take it back for free, having one less thing to pay for and look after at this time might be a benefit to him?!

If it was taken as free to a good home it should be returened to where they got it from for the same charge if the person wishes.

Hmm...perhaps moraly...but as soon as you own something, whether it be given free or bought; it is down to you what you do with it whether it be to sell or pass on as free again.

This person obviously has imminent money issues otherwise they would be keeping the iguana...so it's not as if they have taken it as free for the sole purpose of making money.

I have been in this situation before, where I've just had to sell some of my animals in order to get some money together; it's not a nice situation to be in, but family comes first. Perhaps if they weren't having money issues they wouldn't feel the need to sell something they were given...

he only got it from me 6 days ago, so yes he picked it up for that sole purpose and drove all the way to me from blackpool so unless he drives a water powered car then I don't think his money problems are that "iminent" and the guy was only in his early 20's, and as he obtained this from me by deceipt for personal financial gain its not exactly legal, he told me he was having it to go to a good home, if I wanted to sell him to any tom dick or harry I could have done that myself.
