I have been in this situation before, where I've just had to sell some of my animals in order to get some money together; it's not a nice situation to be in, but family comes first. Perhaps if they weren't having money issues they wouldn't feel the need to sell something they were given...

It seems that alot of the animals for sale were only acuired in the last wek or 2, if they were long term pets then yes even if they were free to a good home, they would be right to sell them on, but as the Iguana and royals have only been in thier posesion for a week or 2 it seems that all the animals were taken as a way to make money.

In regards to the iggie, i think maybe it should be given on as free to a good home as thats what it has been picked up as 6 days ago. If money is an issue then surely giving it on to a good home would ensure no more expense is paid keeping the iguana until a suitable buyer is found.

I am sad to see some of these things up for sale as they have only been with the memeber a very short while so lets get them to new homes so they can settle properly

Alana01 I have pm'd you about the several royals you got from Jake89 a week or 2 ago and would be interested to see if you still have them as I was interested in them to begin with, not sure if you got it???

Dixon_97 - please do not swear at me; there is no need for it - I did not swear at you, nor insult you; or infact do anything to give you reason to.

I was merely giving a different opinion; looking at both sides of the story.

Obviously I am unaware as to who this person bought their animals from, what they paid for various and how long they have had them.

I don't think it is right to sell an animal they got for free; but I do give people the benefit of the doubt; hence giving a different side.

It's a shame people feel the need to buy animals from people on here, just to sell on days later; but it is not for me to judge.

I did not swear at you I merely sweared out of anger it was not directed at anybody, I was just angry that something I was assured was going to a good home is now beiong sold to the highest bidder.

Alana, can I just ask, why you went out and baught a number of reptiles, less than a week before your rent was due, and I am sure you will have known that you were unable to pay your rent alot longer than a day before.

I feel that your story is very fabricated, there is no way that someone who had lost thier job and had rent to pay at the end of the week would go out and buy/rehome more reptiles, even if you lost your job after aquireing the reptiles, you would still be due your final pay packet.

This all seems very much like an excuse to cover you selling on reptiles to make a profit, this just angers me as this will now cause a huge ammount of undue stress for those reptiles, moving them around repeatedly, just to put a bit of extra cash in your back pocket.

i brought a mack snows for them about 3 weeks ago was told the female was gravid but guess wot nothing , they said i could have 2 more leos and said they would hold the for me but guess wot they said they was keeping them afte 2 weeks of pm,s and no replys so for someone that wants/needs money that much decides to keep them its just strange ,personaly i just think these are full of S

I dont think the seller is going to get back to anybody.......so putting my neck on the line, I think everyone should scrap this thread and avoid any further potential confrontations.

same here; I exchanged a number of PM's with the seller and was promised the pastel female etc etc; first refusal, pics on the way, blah blah blah...but after a number more Pm's and emails (and unanswered phone calls!) sent by me I have heard nothing more.

Midnightworrior...I do hope you get either your stats or your money back. I am only glad I didn't transfer over/send the £250 for the royals!!!

Alarms bells were ringing due to the price; but I had to check it out as it did also seem genuine...

Im just gutted as i was supposed to be getting some hatchlings and alana01 bought them first as there was a mix up and now they're being sold on for double the money-just wish they'd gone to a proper settled home.

I think everyone should give up unless money is sent as this user is obviously messing people around yet when they go to buy something its full contact as i have witnessed recently and Shep-sorry to say it but ive read the threads and this user is point blank ignoring you, not saying its your fault, id love you as a buyer but they were replying to others on the thread and not you

just plain rude
