contact po as you can claim something my sister sent a birthday card to my son and it didnt arrive and she contacted them and they refunded money for card and postage and she didnt really have any proof she sent it you have the card saying it was delivered but you werent in so it was took back so there must be something you can do

It can take up to 72 hours for a missed delivery to return to the local sorting office.

Dont give up hope of getting it.

they are now saying that it is showing up as being signed for but they cant show me the signature, they will send it to the sender when she puts in a claim. THing is the postie says he posted it. How can he post it AND have a signature?
Something just doesnt add up especially seeing that the red card wasnt even posted properly and was just hanging out of the letter box

im a postie lol. he said he posted it/got it signed for same thing really,then left a red card???sorry didnt understand that bit? things go missing in offices all the time.sometimes a "dodgey" postie will sign a recorded delivery him self and pop it in the door,but it could come back on him so most wont.
never send by recorded,in the office it is treated like 1st and 2nd class,want somthing delivered undoubtfully safely and before 1pm next day lol,special is the way.

yeah there was a red card left hanging out the letter box, the sorting office is sayin that it is shwing up as signed for and the postie is saying that he posted it. I aint recieved anything cept the red card and i certainy aint signed for anything

if it felt like money in the envelope and was a lot??...recorded was a bad idea.he may have stole and signed for it....but the why leave a card.confusing one

recorded delivery is a joke
the amount of times iv sent things out and reveived things
that have just been posted and never signed for is unbelivable
hope it gets sorted out for you.
