Seeing as you paid for the the pre 10am that never made it you can get some money back. 888 will probably have to claim themselves and then pass it down to you.

yeah its the £24.95 live stock next day delivery! still waiting for it! emailed them and got no reply so far! bit annoted as i spent about £150 on their website including delivery!

When it arrives gem 'em a call. You paid a premium for a service not provided. Most likely it's the couriers fault but no one should expect or accept the idea of paying for a service that they never got.

From what I've heard the are really good with replies, maybe they are having an off day or short staffed? Remember it is holiday season.

That said, I'd be annoyed if I paid £25 for a service I didn't get.

yeah i got the email asking what day would be best and that i need to make sure im in in the morning as its between 7-10. ill wait till thisafternoon and ill email again. hopefully it arrives tommorow! but that being said im abit miffed it hasnt come today, specially after paying so much for it. ive heard nothing but good things about them though so im not going to let this spoil mine, or anyone elses impression of them. they where a huuuuuuuuuge help when deciding what to buy. i had alot of questions and they answered them quickly and very informatively. whoever it was that was answering the emails was very friendly and even if there has been a cock up with delivery, id be happy to use them again!
