Only just seen this thread and feel obliged to add to it as i often visit 888 at Ramsey and find them excellent . Their livefood is always some of the best , livestock is well looked after , prices are some of the best around and they always seem to be looking to improve. This year they've moved away from general pet supplies to specialise in the reptile side and the shop has undergone major changes ( and no doubt more than a few teething problems ) . I would recommend them always and they deserve credit for all their hard work and free advice from a wealth of knowledge . ( I'm not on commision but will mention it next time i go there )

This is my local rep shop, i have always found them to be second to none.
I buy all my supplies there & have had a number of reps from them including my current brb's.
Very friendly & helpful.

I've ordered kit form them no probs. Only quibble is the 'kit miles' it has to go through to get to me.

I thought the price of Exos is good and no carriage over £30(ish) ain't bad.

If I was buying livestock, I wouldn't rely on someone accessing email to take an order. I have a thing called a "telephone" which allows you to actually "talk words" to real people. Livestock is too important to be left in the lap of the cyber-world. The web is excellent, but there are certain things that you can do to take any uncertainty of any transaction.
Maybe I'm just old fashioned!

Whenever I ordered livestock, they phoned me to ask about a good delivery day, so they do talk to you anyway before they send out the animal

Totally agree. I work 2mins away and regulary go in for a nose on my lunch break. The shop still looks a bit messy with stuff on the floor most of the time, but I reckon it will look amazing when they have finished setting everything up. Theres one bloke that is ace and will happily have a chat about anything reptile related. I buy everything from there top notch!!

yeah it all came through, was meant to arrive on a monday, failed to tell me untill tuesday that the tarantula was out of stock so had to wait untill thursday for it to be sent out for friday and if i wanted the snake sooner i would have to pay an extra £25. was quite pissed off about that, because as far as i was concerned i paid for next day delivery for 2 items that where stated as in stock on the website, and instead end up waiting 5 days for them. they should have told me straight away about the tarantula because i would rather have got the snake ontime and have no tarantula lol than get both late. if that makes sense. plus the snake arrived very cold, the tarantula came in great condition though, was bigger than i thought it was going to be. all the frozen mice where defrosted and coated in blood and falling apart. infact out of 5 pinkies, 4 of them where actually cut in half, and only being held togethor by a small flap of skin and dried blood. was not happy. not gna use for livestock again but they have great accessories and bedding on there.
