added, They seem to have had nothing but trouble from the start..Asking for a defra cert from any! courier should really be standard practice from now on..seeing how easy it is been for someone to scam quite a few people. Sad as it may be, trust cannot be highly placed when you concider the money/pets involved.

As should seeing some photo ID maybe. Wouldnt mean much from new couriers, but once established, would put minds at rest. The next scammer will im sorry to say be right on this forum just waiting for their chance...

I'm sorry you don't care to read the entire post. We have written a clear, detailed report of the issues involved with the named people. If you can't be bothered to actually read the post - in its entirety - of course you won't "get" it.

But here you go, in bullet points.

Jonnyboy, Craig Ford and Noah's Ark Couriers are all the same person, from here to be called John.
John has been scamming people in multiple ways - by selling things he doesn't actually have and by misrepresenting animals - for the last six months or so.
John has been buying animals specifically for resale - which is illegal unless certain conditions are met.
John has created multiple user accounts (a no-no on this forum) to cover up how many animals he's selling and be able to continue with the misrepresentation scam longer than his own original screen name would allow him to.

Was that too much of a novel for you?

By the way, the original post was more like 4,500 words... Onissarle had to break it up into two posts for length.

My leos were sent by this courier and i was not happy at all with the care or shall i say lack of care.

The buyer seems to have resolved it with them, i dont know how as i wasnt told a thing however not even an apology from them and they put my pets at risk

Yes i was selling my pets however selling them doesnt mean i stop caring

To think I stuck up for the couriers on a few occasions. bah.

- Also have you thought of emailing captivebreds reptile classifieds site with this information so he/they/it/conners can't sell there too.

Plus, that has nothing to do with a bunch of forum detectives holding their own kangaroo court.

i'm not defending what he's done but this has all started because he lied to you about some snakes he was selling. it's like Miss Marple on speed.

His crimes appear to be:

buying snakes and selling them
having a few forum names
starting a courier company
mis-selling snakes

out of all the points the only thing i can see wrong is that he's lied about the weight of the snakes to obtain money by (possibly) deception as a lower weight snake isn't worth as much.
