this thread is very sad .
having personally met EmmaJ, spent ages on the phone with her in the past. chatted late into the night with her on msn..... i think its sad that she MAY be having problems.

ive seen threads before where she was at one point accused of being an animal hoarder who lived on benefits and couldnt look after her animals properly (this person knew my OH).

i find it hard to reconcile the picture being painted of her on this thread, to the person ive met and chatted with.
Emma has her depressive days as we all do at somepoint and i know that animals are her solace.
perhaps the best way to sort this out, would be someone who is still sitting on the fence in this discussion, to go and visit her. Maybe they would be able to find a way to sort out the facts and end this debate.
Should EmmaJ have 'bought' an animal (on tick), at any point, only to have it 'die' (if it did truely die), then EmmaJ should be able to prove how it died. If she has requested a PM from the vets, even if the vet has been unable to do it as yet, a quick phone call from the visitor (with EmmaJ's assisitance) should be enough to ensure that the results will be on the way soon.

TBH here, i know this is heading off track a little, i cant see the RSPCA being ok with an animal hoarder, especially one who allows their animals to freely defecate in the house and does not clean up after them.
either the RSPCA credited thing is a lie, or the condition of the house is....... i'd like to know which.

for health reasons im cutting down on some of my reptiles, if you know your struggling with them, or you could be struggling with them in the future then the best thing for the animals is to sadly part with them..... you wouldnt want them to suffer because your ability to care for them is waning. If Emma is struggling then maybe she should be offered support to rehome them.

is it jut me or am i missing somthing? theres people on here who have been to her house and no were shes lives and obviously have spoke to hear quite often so surely they could ask her why she hasnt paid for these animals and find out the truth about this baby skunk and the mysterious PM from the vet because it looks like emmaj wont be making an appearance to explain her self, am i right or wrong?

As far as I can find out Emma refuses to answer the phone if she knows who it is ringing.
I personally know of someone who visited her house, to try and recoup owings, and although she was inside she did not answer the door.

As I've said Emma really wants to help animals and she has in the past obviously. It appears now though that it is getting on top of her and she is not coping as she used to.
If she can get on here at some point, there are internet cafe's, there are lot of us who would help her as she has helped others.

I hate housework but I'd go down there, 2 hours drive, and give her a hand if that would help.
I do really like her it's just getting out of hand the things that are happening at the moment.
