Wouldn't be so bad if he had even got a couple of the orders out. Then it would at least show he is trying but to not have completed any in that time

I would love to get my rack and hides but beginning to accept that it is very very unlikely

the lack of communication made me step forward. i have been loyal to chris for along time. but no communication and a need for the viv is making me go crazy. iv also had my mrs and family on my back to go to the police.

I contacted northumbria police last month, who in turn contacted my local police and came and got a statement.

Haven't heard anything yet.

Has anybody thought to have a word with HM Customs and Excise, if he's scamming you lot on here, chances are he is also fiddling the taxman too.

Obviously net access doesn't prevent you getting orders completed. Not to mention you can get net access in quite a few places not just your own home.

never stated that that does , but i am saying there is more but its not my job to disclose this information . the right people have been made fully aware of the situation , im just the only person chris could contact to pass it to the right people .

Precisely! Also, he has had, not days, but months to contact everyone and explain the situation.

The only time he ever bothers to come on here is when he is threatened and he wants to give us a sob story so that police action can be avoided.
But that is now too late, as pretty much all of us with an ounce of sense have reported him already.

He has never had any intention of sending us what we paid for.
He is a scammer and a con artist and to think we will ever see him or our money again is to live in cloud cookoo land!

Anyone who still comes on here supporting him and spinning stories about what a stand up guy he is just allows him to con more people.
He makes a living off people who give others the benefit of the doubt. That is why he is such a good scammer. And us continually listening to his sob stories only makes it easier for him to do this again and again.

I can just picture him now, reading these threads and chuckling to himself as he looks at his £3000 and knows full well that he is untouchable.

just came accross this thread, it wasnt so long ago i was being called a scammer. however after conversations with police etc, i was deemed by them not to be a scammer just a business that is in trouble.

on this note if you have his name address, bank details etc and proof that he has given more than 1 of you the same tracking number this would be grounds for obtaining money by deception and will be treated as a criminal matter.

i just checked his address and it is valid with royal mail so does exist, i dont have time to do anything else but you can check the votors register and find out if he lives at that address.

i cant remember who it was but whoever paid money into his account and it wasnt claimed, the reason for this would be if his account was limited or under review. he annot accept any payments.

just a note, threats of going to his house will get you nowhere, apart from waste your petrol. best way to hit him is with the police and courts. he will have ccjs out his arse and wont get credit again, as well as this he will more than likely be charged of fraud.

I know a lot of you guys were given false delivery dates and tracking numbers- so use them and report him please!

You may report it to your local police force but as the 'offence' occurred where he lives, which I assume is Northumbria, thats where the matter will be investigated.....the locals will take the report and possibly a statement and send it all off to his local station as it is their crime.........just for info...it may be worth everyone co-ordinating and finding the officer in the case to ensure you all get dealt with together as it will make for a stronger case, there is no guarantee this will happen as you are all reporting from different counties and sometimes things dont get linked up......

Well this was the message I was sent. I flagged it up in the mod area, but to be honest it just looks like more lies and BS and just new excuses and delayed timescales.

I didnt hold out a lot of hope before, I hold out even less after reading the above message from him. If you havnt already contacted the police I would suggest you do so just incase him being arrested was true, does anyone have a crime number they were given so everyone can be quoting the same reference?
